Mitel 5000 new release issues

Upgraded a Mitel 5000 to 6.0.10.64 (SP1 PR1) and after that I ended up with one way audio on my IP phones. Anyone know what I need to check?

Haven't got any on that release but got 5 or 6 on 6.0 SP1 PR2 without any issues.

All running IP Phones.
