Mitel 5000 Multi Tech Fax Finder Setup 1

Has anyone successfully installed a Multi Tech two port fax finder with a Mitel 5000? We have a PRI handling our inbound/outbound calls. The fax finder connects to the Mitel using two single line ports. I've tried hunt groups, phantom extensions seems like the 5000 is not sending DTMF causing individual routing issues with FF.

The fax finder is receiving faxes but only routes to admin account. Would appreciate any advice..Thanks

Do you have the analog voicemail option? There is a document on multi-tech that tells how to do the setup. You mave have to use inter-tel as a keyword when searching for it

Thanks jpruder.. I was able to find the inter-tel document from Multi Tech site. We modified our HG for VM to resolve issue. Appreciate the help.
