I have an issue with a remote user losing audio intermittently.
The remote IP phone is set to connect to the public IP of the 5000 controller card.
I also have a public IP NAT to the expansion card on the controller.
The IT dept has opened all the necessary ports open for call completion and audio.
Does anyone have any ideas? Mitel support has told me to capture packets to see what is happening when audio dropout occurs but I have not implemented this yet.
FYI: They had an Intertel Axxess before and did not have this issue.
