I am having issues with my long distance codes not being heard by my telecom company. I am told I need to change the DSO levels. I a new to this so any help would be great.
I think you may have to ask them to be more specific, also when you say long distance codes are you having trouble actually dialling the number and the carrier recognising it to route it?
Have not heard of this one before. There have been issues in the past where Auto Attendants or IVR's could not "hear" the DTMF digits being sent. That is resolved by bumping System/Timers and Limits/DTMF Digit Duration/Pause from 60 to 100 Milliseconds. I use 100 in my default template.
Everything is working fine except after we dial a long distance number, we require a 3 digit long distance code. For some reason the their new server can not hear the tone of the 3 digits so it will not allow the call. They are telling me I need to change the DS0 Levels to "set gain on DS0. It has something to do with the PRI I believe? Thanks again.
