Mitel 5000 - DEE Calls disconnecting after 10 minutes

I have a customer that states that if a person calls his DID, and he picks up on his cell phone, the call is disconnected after 10 minutes.

I have changed the Unsupervised CO Timer to 60 minutes but that seems to have had no effect.

its a 5000HX on Version 5.1.0.20 and these are on SIP trunks,
 
Is it possible that your SIP provider has a long call cutoff to help prevent fraud...10 minuses seems a time that would be associated with that...
 
I wouldn't be surprised if this is a timeout/timer in the router handling the SIP traffic, seen similar things on an Avaya with SIP trunks and it was the router :)

try the Abandoned Call timer, this also defaults to 10 minutes and has cured this error in the past for me.
