Mitel 5000 Auto answer secondary extension

How can I make it so that when a secondary extension key is ringing on a phone, the call will be answered when the handset is lifted instead of the user needing to press the button to answer it?

this won't affect just the 'secondary extension keys' but enable the 'ringing line select' class of service option
