Mitel 5000 6.2 prevent incoming ring while on phone

Customer has a Mitel 5000 6.2 digital with loop start lines that ring to several phones. The customer is requesting the incoming ring be muted while they are on the phone...how do I achieve this?

Turn off the flag for Hunt group audio indications. I am assuming you are ringing the phones from within a hunt group.

I changed the flag on his phone to NO on the Audio Hunt, but his phone is still ringing while he is on a call...does it matter that I have an extension ID as the 1st member of the HUnt and he is part of the Extension Group?

I went into his extension and also disabled Camp On Indicator and it seems to have taken care of the issue.
