Mitel 5000 6.0 Voicemail - Dialing any extension when personal greeting plays.

Does the 5000 have the ability to have callers dial and ring an extension after being answered by a mailbox while playing personal greeting?
I can only seem to dial 0.

Send caller to a CRA instead of a MB, offer any transfer options in digit translation (xfr to collected) and timeout to destination MB. Have user record a greeting for the CRA if you want it in their voice.

You can set the dial 0 destination to be an extension, say Reception or similar.

Or as 619Tech says you could setup a CRA that prompts a user to dial an extn number, you could make the CRA the dial 0 destination.

It entirely depends on what you are trying to achieve.
