Mitel 5000 5340 communication error

I have a Mitel 5000 5.1 with a few remote 5340s and the remote handsets worked great for a couple of weeks but they are now showing Communication Error on the 5340 screen saver. The audio still works but the HTML application has failed. Anyone have a clue?

Has anything been changed on the firewall?

I'm sure there's a port forward specifically for HTML apps.

I finally figured out what the issue was. The DSL router at the remote end had (for some strange reason) decided to block the HTML app in the session. It seems to be working again after some mods.
