I have a customer that has a phantom extension forwarded to a cell phone. He wants to change the number it is forwarded to. The company I work for contracted out someone to do the install, so I am not sure how the phantom was forwarded. I cannot find any way of doing it using database programming. The only thing I could think of is that the user has UC Express installed on a PC/laptop,but the UC Express Docs show that it is only available for 5000 3.2 and higher. Or they have a UC Server but we did not sell them one so that cannot be the case.
