We have a mitel 3300icp running 10.0.0.8 the customer are having probs with outgoing calls failing when they are busy, in the mtce logs we are getting dpnss vdsu errors. They have 6 x isdn30 ccts all the ccts do not show any errors when looking at the dtstats command bot the channels show releasing or reserved and calls cannot be made, has anyone come across this i am upgrading tne controller to 10.0.2.8 tonight to see if this is a cure.Any ideas cheers Mark.
ps. also we have installed an extra dsp card and an expansion kit this has not sorted it.
