Mitel 3300cxi Teleworker webpage down

Hi all, after a recent power cut the Teleworker web management page (x.x.x.x\server-manager) is not accessible. The box is a 3300cxi (yes very old!)

The teleworker browser page is normally Mitel 6000 Managed Applicaton Server if that info is needed.
I've connected via SSH as root. It is unbelievably slow coming up but eventually managed to get to the console and it's showing as 6000 MAS version 7.0.2.6
I tried option 7 - Access Server Manager and am currently waiting to see if anything happens.

Is there a reason why the browser page may be down? I've noticed the HDD light on the 3300cxi is still lit up more than 24hrs after a reboot (this was a manual reboot 24 hrs after the power cut to see if I could bring the teleworker browser page back up). I tried both RESET SYSTEM via Maintenace Commands on the 3300 browser page and also SHUTDOWN and then a power cycle.

Any help or tips would be very much appreciated!!

More than likely this is a separate server and not the phone system address
 
Hi, thanks for the reply.

The Teleworker module is physically on the same box, but accessible via a separate internal IP address to the config page of the 3300 e.g. x.x.x.203 for the teleworker page and x.x.x.201 for the 3300 page.

It has worked previously for years, just since the power cut the teleworker side of the 3300 is down, or at least the web management page is.
 
I never installed one of those. I saw one once years ago. I thought that only worked in the MXe. Not a fan of the CXi either
 
I remember that it's separate hard drive on the CXi for this function. I wonder is that HD is still working?
I have installed a few of those a long time ago, but not sure if they are even supported.

Tried changing config via the console and it seemed to hang after setting the external IP - left it running all night but still the same today.
Time for new hardware I think.

Also just to add, the HDD light has seemed to be constantly on since the power cut and subsequent reboots - so I think Valamagules may be correct.

Do you have access to a Technical Handbook?

There is reference to the APC (Application Processor Card) in there.

Try to connect to the controller IP using Secure Telnet port 2005, hopefully this will get you access to the console of the APC
