Im having problem with wireless headsets on 5220 phones. When using headset and mute key is pressed the caller can still hear what you are saying though handset.

Phones have headset key programmed
Locate feature shows headset feature
Software 5.2.6.8
Standard 3300 Controler
 
If I am not mistaken I recall seeing something in either the COS or System Options assignment form regarding this.
 
If you mean headset mute option in cos this is enable in the default
 
headset mute in cos only applies to an inline mute button on the thrid party headset.

 
Do you mean this options only applies to the mute button of the amp ? not the heaset ?
 
we use westcon for our support maybe you could log a call with them,they get back to you fast with an answer and are a good sorce of info for this kind of problem.

have you tryed a dif type of headset ....ie not a wireless one..?
 
Since when does Westcon provide Mitel product? Westcon USA? I know here in Canada they just provide Nortel and Avaya here.

Westcon provide support for mitel here in the UK.They take about a week to call you if your lucky.



 
We don't have enough switches to cover the cost for mitel support.
