Mitel 3300 with Teleworker - compatible modems/routers for UK ADSL?

Does anyone have an up-to-date list of compatible UK ADSL modems/routers for use with the Mitel MAS 6000 Teleworker Solution please?

The Mitel list is so out of date that most of the items on the list are no longer available.

We have been waiting over 3 months for Mitel/BT to supply an up-to-date list with no joy.

We have also bought a number of modems/routers to test and none work 100% so far.

Any help and advice gratefully received.

Hi Paul,

If you need a broadband modem to connect directly to the Teleworker - then Mitel do not support any, however they have advised in the past what has worked for them. The last 5 Teleworker that i have installed, I have used D-LINK 300T Modems and they have worked.

As for the type of Broadband Router you need at the remote site, there are many types that do the job as long as DHCP is enabled and you can access the Internet.
