Has anyone had issues with an NTL link on a 3300 in the UK?
We have an EU who has suddenly lost incoming calls. We have 2 links - 1 BT and 1 NTL on a dual T1/E1 card. The BT link works on both links and the NTL doesnt. NTL trend test the link and it works both ways - out to line and in to system. We attended site with another (different) switch and the NTL link worked.

Does the NTL link come up at all, what at the lights showing on the T1/E1 module.

Try the CRC4-enabled setting in the link descriptor, changed the setting in case NTL have chnaged the configuration.

Thanks hornetswfc, it turned out to be the Mitel - we had to replace the System!

We replaced the T1/E1 card and it was still the same, so naturally thought it was NTL. Weird that the BT link worked on both ports incoming/outgoing although outgoing was giving OWT intermittently.
So we powered off unit and it didnt come back up, so we replaced system - now all ok.
