I am looking at deploying a Mitel 3300 with Intelligent queue. I have close to 10,000 DNIS numbers. My question are:
1. Can I play a unique announcement for each DNIS such as "Thank you for calling ABC Company" or "Thank you for calling ZEN Company" etc
2. Can I play unique delay announcements for each DNIS such as "ABC company is offering free shipping this month" or "ZEN company has a special on business cards" etc
3. What is the maximum amount of ports I can have with Intelligent Queue
4. Will I be able to play ETA based on the DNIS

10,000 unique messages? Whoa Nelly!

I know the system has DNIS based routing to play a specific message but queueing is not possible at that level.

Delay announcements, I would say no as this is dependant on the 3300 (Can't queue for that many unique numbers)

Maximum ports, not sure but multiple servers / apps would get you whereever you need to be.

ETA, nope, queueing again

kwbmitel has pretty much answered but here's my 5 cents:

1. Yes you can
2. What do you mean by delay messages?
3. IQ supports up to 120 IP ports
4. ETA? - ETA for what?

Not sure what the limit is on the DNIS lists. You'd have to take into account call volume too. You may find that a very busy system may struggle to cope with high call volumes eventhough it may support 10,000 DNIS numbers...
