Mitel 3300 Wakeups not ringing

3300 using EMEM VM and Wakeups. Wakeups are not ringing on 1 extension. I am not very familiar with the Mitel 3300 more so with the Mitel 200. Not sure where to start. The Extension makes calls in and out fine, but the wakeups dont go through? Anyone have a shove in the right direction?

you need to check in the extn in first.
It is done via the admin mailbox

Turns out that the extn was programmed as an extn not a guest extn. So it requered the users password to get into any of the EMEM functions. Changed it and wakeups work fine.
