Mitel 3300 Voicemail changed mailbox number size.

I have a Mitel MiVoice 3300 CXII I manage running 14.0.3.37. Suddenly today the TUI interface thinks it has 2 digit voicemail boxes. Hence the auto attendant will not transfer to the individual extensions and users cannot access mailboxes. Voicemail box form still shows all mailboxes to be 4 and the Voicemail options shows 4 as well. TUI changing is NOT enabled. Also my Admin/Tech/Manager pass codes for admin mailbox no longer work. I have attempted to update them in this form but the changes do not seem to take.

I have rebooted the system and tried iPVM_Stop/Start from Putty. No dice. Anyone run into similar issue? Is there a fix easier than a database restore?

You might try just a vm restore, there is an article in the knowledge base on how to do it. Fairly easy if you have 7 zip and can get just the vm stuff out of a backup. I have done it several times for sites that were hacked

Yep. Just tried that and no luck, so I tired a restore of the full back up, no luck. Then I upgraded to 14.0.3.51 and restored the last known good back up. Still no luck. Seems when I dial to the auto attendant its almost reading the DTMF twice. I try to enter extension 3456 and after dialing 34 it says "Now transferring you to 3344" Wonder if the Telco has an echo on the line that is making the AMB LS port think its receiving double DTMF for each number pressed.
