I have 4 phones possibly more that stopped working when their internal 4 digit extension is called from another 4 digit extension it will not go to their cell. Worked for years now all of a sudden it stopped. Calls from a cell phone to the extension work but not internal extensions..Thx Joe

most likely a cos issue
are the trunks sip - might be a cpn subs issue related to a cos change

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Thx Bill, I will look!! we recently changed Carriers for our PRI's...they now come in SIP and convert to PRI's...that's when the issue started...

Check COS option "Hot Desk External User - Display Internal Calling ID". You may need to turn this off, as most mobile carriers (in the US at least, not sure where you are) are starting to block calls without a valid calling party number, and an internal extension number does not conform.

if you have IADs then it might also be that the IADS dont have a default link number assigned

would affect an incoming trunk calls ent back out as EHDA call

also call forwarded call - are they working ?
we had a fight here with carriers doing this
ISDN config doens't normally have a default cpn and from memory even if we had one set on the MIVB
with the sip handling of the call ( by the IAD) it ends up being a trunk - trunk connection outsode of the MIVB .

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
