Mitel 3300 Trunk Wont Clear Down

i have a mitel 3300cxi controller with an ip set using analogue trunks. The problem im experiencing is that when an outside caller rings in the call comes in fine but if the outside caller doesnt hang up when the call is finished, he still seizes the trunk(wont clear down), and if a user from the pbx end seizes the trunk for another call he gets connected to that outside caller. i have checked my trunk co descripter parameters over and over and cant seem to clear this fault.

Any help would be most appreciated!

Check to make sure the Calling Party Disconnect Value in the trunk CCT Descriptor is set to NO.

You can also play with your disconnect timer.
