Mitel 3300 Trunk Group Report

We have a Mitel 3300 with 1 T1 and 23 ports. We've looking to determine the utilization of these ports to see if we need to add additional ports. I can run a State Trunk Group and see real-time but need to report on historical usage. Is there a way to do this on the 3300 ?

You could use the built-in traffic reporting. It will include trunk group statistics.

Your best bet is to look at the embedded help on the system.

Look under:

Forms Reference / Forms S to Z / Traffic Report Options (detail on how to configure)

System Applications / General Business Solutions / Traffic Reporting (Description, Conditions and programming information)
