Hello! I have a question regarding SMDR and ring groups. I'm learning as I go along here and also trying to fix someone else's mess so I apologize in advance if I am vague.
Is there a way to get the system to get an SMDR entry to generate showing the individuals extension number in the ring group who answered the call?
Here is entry 1 as the call comes in
11/30 10:13A 00:00:06 T020 001 4200 5000 S5007X 2200 999 XXXXXXXXXX 4200
Our DID is 4200, hits voicemail system at 5000, port 5007 transfers it to Ring group 2200
11/30 10:13A 00:00:38 T020 006 3200 2200 1121 999 XXXXXXXXXX 4200
Best I can tell, the person who set this up has 3200 as an analog user. Entry shows Ring group 2200 again, and then extension 1121 picks up the call.
Is there was a way to get the system to create an additional SMDR entry allowing Tapit to consider 1121 as the receiver of the call?
Or are there options to change that would show the entry differently.
I appreciate any help.
