Hello anyone!

I am trying to enable an Incoming Call ID on my system, and I browsed through these forums and tried most of the solutions to do so, but I think I am missing something.

Here is a copy of my SMDR log of what we have:

12/07 02:43P 00:00:20 T150 012 3275 6500 6501X 1161
3275
I made this call from my Cell to my Extention. T150 is our Trunk line, 3275 is our Automated Line(Which is what I called), 6500 range is usually our VoiceMail line, and 1161 is my extension.

How do I get it to read the ID of the incoming call?

THANKS!

In your SMDR Options page, ensure that 'ANI/DNIS/ISDN/CLASS Number Delviery Reporting' is enabled.
Just tested on my system here and it shows the originating number after the trunk number.

are yo trying to enable Called ID to the phone or to show on SMDR reports?

Your SMDR output is not showing the CLI of the calling party

You need to speak to your telco provider and ask to enable CLIP
calling line identificaion present
