We are working with a 911 customer who has a mitel 3300. We connected the 3300 to their new 911 system (Emergency call works by Motorola)by sip trunks. It is running off of asterisk 1.6.2. They have sip phones running off their 911 system. Everything is working fine, but if they call out of the ecw sip phones, the clid is blocked. Could the mitel be blocking it? Or, would it be the telco? The mitel phones display properly. Mitel has not sip certified the ecw product, so we can't call them. Looking for suggestions. Thank you.

Yes. We have a call set up tomorrow with the 911 vendor and the Telco CO to see what digits are being sent. Hopefully from the test calls we will be able to see where the issue is. We did an EDT trace on the mitel and it shows that the pri presentation is restricted from the sip peer's phones.
