Mitel 3300 Second Line

We have a Mitel ICP 3300 with 5320 and 5330 IP phones. Phones are configured as Multicall lines.

I have a user that is asking if she is on line 1 and a second call comes in on the second line that she just selects the second line and the first call is disconnected not put on hold.

Can this be done?

Look in the COS for the set. Not sure if that can be turned off.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
