Mitel 3300 Rls 7 Backup and restored button grayed

Hi All,
I have an issue with a Mitel 3300 rls 7 Backup and restored button grayed out. I am unable to to preformed a back.
Any help is appreciated.

Note this is not the MCD this is the old release.

Simplest solution is to use the Mitel Installer Tool - Full install, but with everything but backup turned off.

The issue is with Java and IE and not worth the trouble to figure out.

Got it worked using a windows XP machine.
