Mitel 3300 - Ring Group to External number?

Right now we have a standard Mitel phone in our vestibule that's bat-phoned to ring group that calls both an extension sitting at the receptionist desk (behind a locked door), and a phone connected to my PA system that just rings into the PA system. I'd like to change this to call an outside extension which would then voice announce the front door instead of just "ringing", but it seems I can't add an external number or even a speed call to a call group.

Ideally I'd like to have the functionality of a cascaded call group - basically ring the first phone for say 10 seconds, and if the receptionist isn't there, call the external number that will voice announce the visitor (it doesn't need to answer, just ring the external device). I think I can do this by putting the external number/system speed call into the overflow. I think.

Last but not least, at night it would be nice to have it go to a completely different external extension. I know there's day/night COS but not sure if I can leverage that to apply to this.

I'd use an Algo 8301 for this. You can assign a secondary page extension, and set it up to answer the call and then play an audio file over the PA system.
