Mitel 3300 release 4.1 ring group

Guys I have an issue which I cant seem to resolve and hopefully someone can help me..

As it stands, an external number comes in, hits the ring group 70, rings the numbers in the ring group and displays where the call is coming from i.e. 70 (external Number) and then will display the external CLI number when answered.

The customer does not want to see the 70 (external Number) they just want to see the externall CLI of the caller.. I have tried every change I can think of in the COS, but always displays the ring group label.

I have uploaded the COS for the IP Phones

You can't change it as far as I know. When my customers want this I program the system with multicall keys instead. Yup, uses a key but there you go, customer has to live with it.

I already had it working with buttons on there phones, but they wanted the buttons back to use with other features..

Just have to revert back,, thanks anyway.. its appriciated
