So I have an issue with an Embedded voicemail on a Mitel 3300 Rel 4.0, running only digital sets.
Customer states that one extension, had a delay of 8 days concerning 14 messages, all messages were sent on the same day.
EG - 14 people left a message on Oct20 (most were internal calls and 1 was from a DID supposedly), customer received voicemails during this time period and checks her VM twice a day, then on Oct28 14 new messages appeared from the week before.
I went to site, looked at all the programming but couldn't find any issues or troubles? Nor could I dupicate issue onsite.
Customer says that there is a delayed message once or twice a week every week from this extension.
