Mitel 3300 Realse 4.1 latest and Snom M3

Hi.

I have been testing snom m3 with my mitel pbx, calls are working perfectly but if i try to transfer a call to a busy ext the Snom phone display says "Transfer Faild"

is there anyone with knowledge about mitel and snom?
