Hi,
Is there a way (or an easy way) to know which COS gets applied to a call?
It would be nice if there was a way (maybe a maintenance command?) to display what COS is followed when a call comes in and rings whatever is setup for call flow.
Or is there some sort of hierarchy that it follows?

I'm just fuzzy on if a call comes in via CXII acting as PRI gateway, to a vMiVB, then to a ring group, then gets answered by a user. All those have COS assigned so I have no idea which one will take precedence.
Is there something that can be followed or ran to show what the resulting COS is on a particular call?

There is no way to display, you just have to know or guess and check.

Sometimes it depends on what feature is being tested. Sometimes it's the trunk side, sometimes it's the station side.
