Mitel 3300 Phone Book

Hello all,

I have inherited a mitel 3300 telephone system, its all setup and working great except for the fact that i cant ammend the Phone Book.

In the past i have used system speed dial lists however the current phone book (displays "phone book" on the screen of my 5340 handset), i cant seem to find within the web interface.
the phone itself doesnt seem to have an option to edit either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
