Mitel 3300 Park and Page

I have Mitel 3300 running MCD 4.1 with Embedded VM, what i need is to have a call ring into the AA the caller will press a digit for a particular department the the VM will Park the call and then page saying "there is a call for the tech department", i have accomplished all of this with a park and page box in the voicemail and that portion works, However

my problem is that the customer would like it to re page after 30 seconds if no one has picked up, i can get the call to re reoute to the AA after 30sec using call re route always of my park destination and setting the call park assignment to follow CFNA of destination but I cannot figure out how to get to go directly to the Park and page mailbox

the next problem is that they would still like it to flow to another destination 30 seconds after it pages the second time

You need to better manage the expectations of your customer. Embedded voicemail is a cheaper alternative to more fully featured Vm's. What you ask for is not possible, nor will it ever be.

For more feature rich VM functionality you need a Nupoint. Even then I'm not sure it would do this.
