Mitel 3300 Page port and Bogen DFT-120

Hello, I have a Bogen DFT-120 that was previously working on an Avaya switch, but when it is attached to the page port on the 3300 I can't get it to record and playback a page. The output from the Bogen is to a Bogen PCM2000 as it was with the Avaya. When I dial the page function on the Mitel, I see the in use and record lights on the DFT120 light up, I have the switches set to playback twice with a 5 second delay, but the play light never comes on. I have the switches on the DFT120 set as follows.
