mitel 3300 operator "0"

how do you assign a "0" number to an extn used as the operator. For example extension number 200 assigned as the operator but "0" can equally be used. How do you associate these two numbers ( 200 and 0 ) for the same phone

You can do a couple things.

1. Make it a system speed call and just point it towards that extension.

or

2. You could also go to extension 200 and assign a multicall button of 0 to that extension.

or

3. If 0 is already an extension on the system, you can use call reroute to reroute always that extension to 200.
