Mitel 3300 - Number of calls before ringing attendant

Hi

I have a small remote office, with a Mitel 3300. Currently when people dial in, it goes to the auto attendant, and can then pick users by extension/name etc

The office manager would like it to change so that the initial call rings on all phones and then after approx 5 rings goes to the attendant and then can pick users by extension/name etc

The intent being that a person ringing in can be answered by whoever is in the office; or the people in the office can ignore it and let it go to the attendant.

Any ideas on how to start this would be great.

Terminate the call to a multicall key that rings/appears on up to 32 phones, route the key to vm, do not create a VM with the same extension.
