We have a Mitel 3300 connected to a DMS-10 switch via PRI. The problem is on twinning calls that are LD the redirected number information element is not being sent to the DMS-10 and so it bills the call with the original calling number instead of the callforwarding number. How is the RNIE turned on in the 3300?
