Hello,
We recently completed upgrading out 3300 from version 8.0.x (not sure exactly which release)
Now it is running 9.0.3.15
Since that time, the system has stopped responding to SIP Options requests which are set periodically from the SIP trunk provider to confirm keep alive.
Consequently the carrier treats out trunk as out of service and there is no inbound calling.
Nothing else in the configuration has changed besides the software release upgrade.
Has anyone encountered an issue like this? Any ideas at all would be appreciated.
