Mitel 3300 no call log on internal received call

Dear All Technical Leads
I need your urgent support to identify a problem which I am having when I receive any call internally from and local phone in my organisation there is no call log in the phone call history for all external incoming calls and local miss call logs are in history

Do you have SMDR INTERNAL and EXTERNAL enabled in the COS for each device in the call ? Stations, and trunks need to have the SMDR bit enabled in their COS.

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.
