Mitel 3300 Mxe- incomming Call ID not appearing.

Hi All,

my company has just upgraded from mitel 3300Mx to mitel 3300 MXe box. Since the upgrade users are not able to see Calling ID from external users. Users are only able to see a calling number if they are transfered by our main line. We are using a dedicated E1 line. Can anyone help in this matter. Thanks in advance.

There are a number of things that might affect CLID. The fact that you can get them if the call comes thru the console eliminates quite a few. What remains is the COS of the set receiving the call. Hopefully you have a copy of how the COS was programmed before the upgrade for comparitive purposes. CHeck all the options with ANI in them.
