Hello,

Many thanks for reading my post. Again I have to call for your help.

I am super lucky and have a very old phone system that has not been upgraded or updated in years. Recently the server that provided the Contact Centre the wallboards and reporting had a major disk failure. The end result is that now I have had to route all ACD paths and RADs in a slightly different way. Thanks to the forum and the support company we have this has been done.

I now need some wider help. I would like to find a simple wallboard software that will report on missed calls, calls in queue etc etc for three trucks. I need some help in what to use and how to do it. It needs to be free, as this is a short term answer till the money is available for the system upgrade. If you can suggest something that I can report on daily /weekly traffic by queue and/or agent that would be great.

We have MCD 5.0 SP2.

I will watch the post and try to answer any questions you have.

Why can't you just re-install CCM?
Even if you don't have Software Assurance you can install at the same Software Level you previously had.
Your support company should be able to assist with this.

I doubt you will find something free but I would be interested to see if there is anything out there.

I dont have the software to install from.

IS anyone able to post CCM: 6.0.3.0. for me.

They are, but they are suggesting a new system with system upgrades etc etc.

They are suggesting that licences would be hard to come across and would not be re-issued.

The Contact Centre solution ran on a Win2003 Server.

You can use Windows Server 2008 R2 or 2012/R2 on the latest 6.0

Mitel hold the licenses for your system, there should be no problem having them assigned to a new server.
Although in saying that you can only change your hardware twice before having to get a new license key.(As the licensing is tied to the H/W ID)

If you have only ever had the one server install you should be able to reinstall and re-license without issue.

@Sarond

Many thanks, I am working with a backup file from the server. I am guessing that the installation file for CCM is not available anymore freely.

You can still download from Mitel on Line (with a login) it is over 2GB in size.

@Sarond,

Thanks, but I do not have a log in for this.

I will try to get one.

Many thanks for all your help

I don't think you will get access to the software downloads unless you are a dealer.
Your support company will be able to get it if they don't already have it, you will need to involve them for licensing anyway.
