Mitel 3300 MXe all outbound calls barred

Greetings all

Hopefully some on out there can point me in the right direction.
We have an old Mitel 3300 MXe Release level 4.1 which has suddenly started barring outbound calls, Calls from extension to extension work fine, Inbound calls work fine, Any outbound call shows "Call Barred" we use 9 as a prefix, so if I dial a number for example 9 011 556 1234 it indicates "Call Barred" at 9 011.
No changes have been made to the system.

This is a CCS trace from my extension (0001) to an external number 074 916 xxxx

Thanks for replying, after some head scratching and trial and error we traced it to a trunk issue, it seems our service provider made changes on their side (they now require our full 10 digit number to be passed to them i.e. 011 086 xxxx whereas in the past we were only passing 9 digits i.e. 11 086 xxxx). I added the correct number under Trunks -> Digital -> ISDN -> Outgoing Call Characteristics -> CPN Substitution and it seems we have a winner!
