We replaced an innovations vm and you can leave a message and it lights the mwi key, but says no messages when its pressed on the phone, so the end user has to go in manually to get there messages. This is happening system wide. The activate and deactivate codes work when used on the 3300 and work from the innovations vm. This is a sip integration and we followed step by step per the docs to set this up.
