Hi All,

I have encounter this issue using when dial the outgoing calls from Mitel 5312 IP Phone to Call receiver.

The call receiver find that our calls is very soft and cannot be heard properly.

Is there settings to adjust the volume in Mitel controller?

Please kindly advise? Thanks

If you set COS to handset volume save and keep the set at 11 it will stay if you go to 12 it is a one time setting and will revert next call

To answer your question, there is no method to increase the transmit volume on the sets. Questions what load of software, what trunk type, what is the "call receiver"? Is everyone who is called complaining or is it just one person or one location complaining?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

I would add to loupylou's questions

Do you have other set types that are not experiencing the same issue?
