We are installing a virtual 3300/MCD to connect to Windstream SIP Trunks via an Edgewater Edgemarc router.
Our test and turn-up was yesterday and it didn't go well. We're not gettting reply from the Edgemarc - so we've had to force the SIP trunks to an UP state by setting it to Always in the Network Elements form. Outgoing calls are working, but since we're not getting any interaction from the Edgemarc, I've also had to set a timer down to zero as it would drop the call as the 3300 didn't know it was set up.

On incoming calls are failing. Windstream tech is saying they are getting a 403 (rejection) from the 3300.

This doesn't follow the Mitel SIP Coe guide.
We do have an MBG, but that doesn't seem to have any effect on the link. Windstream is telling me that the Edgemarc IS the SIP Switch, not a Proxy.

According to Windstream, this has been turned up at other sites...
MY QUESTION IS: if anyone has turned this up, can you please provide screen shots or documentation as to how you have it set up.
