Mitel 3300 MCD Voicemail 1

Hi All,

I have a customer with a Mitel 3300 MCD 6.0, they have a recording saved on a voicemail box that should have been emailed..... however it looks as though this failed, the recording was for about 40 minutes so i think it failed due to the size.

I'm thinking i can download the file from the system by ftp onto the Mitel controller, however I have a couple of questions
- where within the /vmail folder will this recoring be? the mailbox number is 7303
- what format will this recording be? is it .0a9?

/vmail/d/vm/grp/7303

From memory it is a G711 codec.
