Mitel 3300 lines are no longer ringing when the VM Auto Attendant is used. For example, someone calls 0404, which is a message node. Then they press 1 to speak to the operator. The user hears silence on their end, but the operator's phone rings like normal. The user does not know if they are still on the phone. This used to not be the case. It used to be that the user would hear a ring and the operator's phone would also ring. We have bandaided this issue by turning on hold music so now they at least hear hold music. What has changed on our controller to change this?
