Mitel 3300 LDAP Error

When trying to add a user on the MAS server, I get this error message:
Create User Error. Failed to add user to ldap. If I try and reset a password it give me a Update Error. Looks like it is trying to update or add to the Communication Director and this link seems to be the problem.
Thanks for any help.
