Im off to a job on Wednesday that a few engineers have been to and no ones sorted it yet..

Problem is that when the site has its weekly reboot none of the ip sets are automatically coming back up. The manager is having to go to each phone and manually reboot them and then they are fine.

Im told that all dhcp options are in the controller correctly... anyone got any ideas???

Sounds like old software. What version are you running?

In order for you to save going round every ip phone thats hasn't come back up to reboot them manualy try the LOAD IPDEVICE (then the number or number ranges of the IP phone thats not come up) for now but it definitely does sound like the software revision of your 3300 if they come up fine after a manual reboot.

Thinks its 7.0.9.5 but i will find out for sure tomoz..

Are there known issues on booting with some software levels are there?

Thanks

If you're running 7.0, why in the world are you still doing a weekly programmed reboot? There's really no need for it past release 5.2. Disable the scheduled reboot, and make sure "resource recovery" is enabled.
