mitel 3300 ip phones 340 stuck at applications loading

Hello
I have just disconnected and rebooted 2 5340 ip phones and it seems to have caused a knock on effect on 3 others phones which are now showing as applications loading. The phone seems to all work but there is nothing showing on the screen below the line in the middle.

What would be the solution be and is there any reason why this would have happened - I haven't done any updates of the system?

Help would be very much appreciate.

We just had the same problem. Mitel product support has us upgrade the system. From 7.0 to 7.0 SP1


I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not to suppose very hard.
